Questions about features
What does the site look at when it suggests people?
Daily suggestions draw on things such as your age range, who you are looking for, how far away people are, how recently they were active, the kind of relationship you want, lifestyle habits such as drinking and smoking, and shared interests. Your profile and the preferences you set do the rest.
Do I have to verify my identity?
No. Verification is free and optional. Verified members get a badge on their profile.
What are Profile Boost and Super Match?
Both are paid add-ons for VIP Plus members. A Boost promotes your profile to active members in your area. A Super Match sends a highlighted message that the recipient sees first.
Where can I use the site?
You can use it in a web browser on a computer, phone or tablet. Phone apps are available only in selected markets.
